Textile architecture describes architectural design using textile membranes made of high-strength coated polyester fabrics. Membrane structures enable us to put up challenging designs from an architectural point of view on account of the low weight and high degree of flexibility of textile membranes; so this opens up new dimensions in building.
There are various types of textile architecture:
- facade cladding - surface membranes - arched membranes – large surface areas - peaked roof membranes - funnel-shaped screens
These can be used at the following kinds of places:
- commercial buildings - urban design projects - park and landscape design locations - sports and leisure facilities - structures for special events - tourism and catering facilities
Contact us for advice and we will create a new setting in conjunction with planning and architectural offices to introduce a breath of fresh air.
